1Financial Commitment

Placement policy applicable only for those candidates who have completed their full fees.

2Program Duration

The Fast Track Program runs for 4 months, and the Masters Program for 7 months (training duration only, excluding Sundays/Holidays/Festivals). Duration may exceed as per client requirements.

3Completion Certificate

On successful completion of the training, including passing performance assessments and the final mock interview, you will receive a Traineeship Completion Certificate.

4Job Placement

• The institute provides a 100% job guarantee in any reputed company and arranges direct interviews. Students must perform well to meet the recruiting company's standards and expectations; placement is not a matter of right.
• Candidates must not be irregular without prior intimation. If unresponsive on calls/mails, IT Campus Guru may terminate the guarantee policy. The guarantee covers the initial placement opportunity and applies only if the student abides by all terms of this letter.
• Placement by the Institute or self-placement is treated as final placement through IT Campus Guru. If the candidate refuses placement or any services before/after training, there will be no refund.
• Only deserving, meritorious candidates will receive a Letter of Appreciation along with the certificate and internship letter.
• The institute includes students in company hiring processes during training as well. It is mandatory to appear and perform well in all interviews. A job offer is considered completion of training; the certificate is issued and the institute is free from further obligations.
• Salary package and job location may vary and are not in the institute's control. Students must earn a higher package through performance and domain knowledge. Attendance records, curriculum and monthly evaluations are shared with companies; to be eligible for any benefit, students must pass evaluation and take no more than two approved leaves a month.

5Placement Terms

After completing the employment-oriented integrated work placement/internship training, the candidate is interviewed by IT Campus Guru's technical panel based on performance during and at the end of training. A candidate clearing the first interview may be interviewed by clients/companies for full-time roles in the career options above.

6Certificates and Appreciation

In addition to the completion certificate and internship letter, meritorious candidates may receive a Letter of Appreciation.

7Interview and Placement Process

You must participate in all interviews and hiring processes arranged by IT Campus Guru. Completing them marks the end of training and a completion certificate is issued. Non-compliance with schedules or performance standards may terminate the placement guarantee.

Placement begins only after successful completion of training. To be eligible:

• Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance during training.
• Complete a real-time project from scratch as part of the final evaluation.
• Appear for the mandatory final terminal examination covering the full syllabus and score at least 75%.
• Participate in the compulsory mock interview sessions.

Upon fulfilling these, you receive a Course Completion Certificate with a Marksheet as proof of completion and eligibility for placement assistance. A student inactive or out of touch with the placement department for more than one month after training, without prior written communication, must reappear for the terminal examination to regain eligibility.

8Salary and Job Location

The institute offers a package guarantee of ₹1.8 to 10 Lac maximum, based on interview performance. To keep it valid, the candidate must not be a NO SHOW for an interview with the applied company once shortlisted.

• IT Campus Guru does not guarantee company size or exact location within the requested city. Candidates cannot choose the company and must accept the PAN India position per their shortlisted profile.
• Candidates cannot reject a placement offer from clients, or leave after starting, due to personal issues/relationships with staff or supervisors. If they do, IT Campus Guru is not responsible for their placement.

Other terms & conditions

• Candidates must complete the Industry Ready Training of 3 months (may vary).
• Candidates must give 100% potential, follow rules and timelines, and maintain a pleasant demeanor and aptitude for learning. The institute may terminate students after several warnings.
• Candidates are expected to have industry-required skills and excellent English communication. Industry Ready Training (3 months from issue of this letter and domain training start) covers: Project/Practical assignment, Group Discussions, Technical Domain Knowledge, Soft Skills and English.
• A minimum of 60% and clearing all other rounds is required for placement.
• Technical and communication mocks are mandatory before placement/interviews begin. Candidates must also clear the HR round, technical test/interview and management rounds by clients.
• Clients reserve all rights to accept or reject any candidate; their hiring decision is final and binding.
• A shortlisted candidate receives a Provisional Letter of Offer/Appointment with package, allowances, joining date and terms, subject to successful tests and training completion. The hiring company's decision is final and binding on IT Campus Guru and the candidate.
• IT Campus Guru decides the salary package per available placements, generally CTC ₹1.8 to 10 Lac per annum or above, considered at final HR discussion after completing all criteria.

9Refund Policy

• The candidate is not entitled to a refund of program fees if they cancel admission under any circumstances.
• By accepting these terms, the candidate agrees this provisional letter is an express contract between the candidate and IT Campus Guru, binding on both parties. Once admitted, the candidate shall endeavor to complete the entire program and is not entitled to a refund on cancellation.

10Final Placement Decision

• Selection is on merit only. Clients share positions and interview schedules with IT Campus Guru. No walk-ins or direct calls to clients are allowed; if a candidate contacts a client directly, this letter stands terminated and the candidate is ineligible for placement. The company's decision on salary, designation and location is final and binding.
• No refund on cancellation of admission.
• Candidates arrange their own attendance for PAN India offline interviews. IT Campus Guru is not responsible for travel, accommodation or food vouchers during placement.
• Placement time duration is not guaranteed; it depends on the candidate performing well in initial interviews after the 6-month (may vary) program.
• IT Campus Guru's training liability is complete once the candidate is placed.
• The agreement may be cancelled if the candidate does not abide by its terms. All communication is routed through IT Campus Guru; no personal calls or visits are entertained. This Provisional Offer Letter is to be considered an offer/appointment letter.
• No refund applies even if the candidate is placed beyond IT Campus Guru's placement efforts.

★Job Role Clarification – Standard Program

The Master's Program is industry-ready training and placement covering these core IT modules:

Training covers all modules, but job roles after training are not committed module-wise. Placement depends on:

• Educational background
• Year of graduation
• English communication proficiency
• Performance in technical and communication assessments by the internal evaluation team

11Attendance and Evaluation

• Candidates must work honestly, faithfully, diligently and efficiently for personal growth and the growth of the Institute.
• 85% attendance is mandatory, and practical assignments and tests must be complete in all respects.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Alcohol, smoking, playing cards, chewing pan, areca nut or gum, and any restricted or unlawful activity are strictly barred inside the training center.
• Students must avoid wasting time and materials, and follow safety precautions.
• No violence, direct or indirect, and no inciting others to it.
• No political agitation or activity. Mass representation or signature campaigns seeking favors or defying lawful orders are prohibited. Ragging in any form is strictly forbidden, and this agreement serves as an undertaking against ragging.

Students may be required to work on assigned projects near the 3rd month of domain training. Before employment interviews, the company conducts an interview readiness test, the "Course Completion Certificate Test (CCCT)". A placed candidate also receives the course completion certificate.

12Academic Discipline

• Students must be punctual as per training centre timings.
• Absence without permission is a serious breach of discipline and may hamper any refund claim.
• Habitual late coming, wilful absenteeism or bad behavior results in termination from the course, with no refund.
• Disorderly behavior in the classroom or anywhere within or outside the training center will not be tolerated and can result in suspension or termination, without refund.

13Loan Responsibility Declaration

I, the undersigned candidate, declare the following regarding loan support at IT Campus Guru:

• IT Campus Guru offers loan support to help pay training fees, but is solely responsible for facilitating disbursement and bears no responsibility for repayment to the lender, bank or loan company.
• Students are solely responsible for repaying the loan, including EMIs, interest, fees and other obligations, per the loan agreement.
• IT Campus Guru is not liable for any default, including bounced EMIs or failure to meet repayment for any reason.
• IT Campus Guru is not involved in any communication, negotiation or settlement between the student and lender. Disputes are resolved exclusively between them.
• IT Campus Guru may offer or discontinue loan support at its discretion; this declaration is not a binding contract to provide it.
• By signing, I acknowledge that IT Campus Guru is not responsible for loan repayment and that I am solely responsible for it.

14Secrecy and Confidentiality

• Candidates must maintain utmost secrecy about the Company's affairs and keep confidential any written or oral information on internal controls, computer or data processing programs, algorithms, systems, business or financial affairs, methods of operation, accounts, transactions, security procedures, trade secrets, know-how or inventions of the Company, its Affiliates, or any client, agent, contractor or vendor. Client identities and related information must not be disclosed. Breach is a gross violation and services may be terminated.
• The Candidate is bound by the Code of Conduct under the Non-Disclosure clause.
